If you’re looking for a unique and transformative experience, you’ve come to the right place!

Drawing from by Tantra, intuitive movement, and various mind-body practices, these workshops are designed to help you explore new dimensions of yourself.

Through a holistic approach that embraces body, mind, and soul, we will learn how to connect more deeply with ourselves and with others, using breathwork, meditation, movement, and mindful touch.

The intention behind these workshops:

Tantra is, above all, a journey back to Self. These spaces offer a precious opportunity to step aside from our fast-paced lives, take time for yourself, and perhaps begin your own path toward awakening. The invitation is to meet yourself with truth, gentleness, and alignment. Together, we will explore what is alive within each of us, and step into authentic connection with the other.

To the rhythm of a carefully curated playlist, you’ll be guided to let go, quiet the mind, and fully reconnect with your body and inner sensations. Through tools such as movement, conscious breath, connection exercises, and guided sharing, you will be invited to explore your inner landscape with presence and sensitivity.

These container spaces allow you to listen to your needs and emotions, bring awareness to your patterns, observe your internal reactions, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Tantra evenings: Who are they for? What are the benefits?

These evenings are open to everyone — whether you’re stepping into this world for the first time or you’ve already explored it. There’s no experience needed — only a desire to show up, feel, breathe, and meet yourself more deeply.

As a facilitator, I create a safe, welcoming, and heart-centered space. Throughout the session, I gently guide you through practices that help you observe unconscious patterns, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your inner flow and authenticity.

These gatherings are ideal for anyone curious about personal growth, conscious relationships, and a deeper connection to their body, energy, and inner wisdom. Tantra is more than a practice — it’s a transformative path of presence, embodiment, and soulful connection.

A Tantra workshop can bring:

  • A clearer sense of who you are
  • A renewed connection to your body and your sensations
  • An healthy, heartfelt communication — verbal and beyond words
  • A deeper sense of spirituality and life energy
  • A shift in the way you relate to yourself and others.

What is tantra?

Tantra is a path of spiritual and personal development that embraces the fullness of our human experience — body and mind, light and shadow, feminine and masculine energies. Rather than rejecting parts of ourselves, Tantra invites us to meet them, integrate them, and find freedom within them. It is the art of living embodied — awake, present, connected, and deeply alive.

Through breath, movement, presence, and conscious relating, Tantra guides us to cultivate awareness, vitality, and inner freedom. It is a path of coming into wholeness — in relationship with yourself, others, and life. Tantra allows us to integrate all the polarities of our being, to embrace them and to transcend them.

Marjolaine Joly

Adventurous soul, body-mind therapist, and photographer, I guide individuals and groups toward inner transformation by expanding their perspective on themselves and the world. During a long, transformative journey around the globe, I had the opportunity to dive into my inner depths and get to discover who I really am. I then continued this exploration through numerous experiences and dedicated training in therapy, coaching, shamanism, yoga, tantra, and family constellations. These paths of consciousness expansion allowed me to embark on the most beautiful journey of all: the journey to the Self!

Details & frequently asked questions

What is tantra?

Tantra is an ancient practice. This philosophy originated in India 1,500 years ago, and since its introduction to the West, many interpretations have been proposed. The term tantra comes from two words: tanoti and trayati, which in Sanskrit mean « expansion » and « liberation » respectively. The tantra taught and transmitted in the West is neo-tantra, but it is commonly referred to as tantra or tantrism.

Tantra is a path to spiritual awakening and personal and collective development; it is the art of living mindfully! Tantra is a path of non-duality that aims to embrace all facets of our Being, to welcome our shadow and light sides, to reunite the two poles, energy (Shakti) and Consciousness (Shiva), which remain inextricably united in the absolute.

The practice of tantra allows for a (re)alignment of body, heart, and mind, a total transformation of the human being that passes through the senses of the visible and the subtle, thus leading to an expansion of consciousness.

A tantra workshop: who is it for? What is it for?

These workshops are open to all adults: beginners and experienced practitioners, women, men, and non-binary individuals, singles, and couples.

They are designed for people who want to bring more consciousness into their lives, into their way of being and interact with others.

These spaces are an opportunity to take time to reconnect with yourself, observe your feelings, and express your authenticity to others. They offer an opportunity in our hectic lives to slow down, be fully present in the moment, and focus on being rather than doing or having.

What are the rules? What is the framework?

At the beginning of each workshop and evening, we lay the framework and rules.

This includes respect:

  • For yourself and your limits → All exercises are suggestions. Nothing is mandatory. You are in control and responsible for your own limits: do what feels right for you.
  • For others → Practice enthusiastic, informed, and revocable consent. Be attentive to verbal and nonverbal « No’s » and to the limits set by each person.
  • For schedules and for the place → Pay close attention to schedules so as not to avoid disrupting the workshop and to preserve the integrity of the room and material.
  • Workshops are spaces free of violence. Nudity is not permitted and, of course, sexuality is not allowed.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Just come as you are!
Wear loose, comfortable clothing in which you can move freely in.
I also suggest you bring a water bottle or flask.

What happens during a tantra workshop?

I will be your inner journey guide throughout the workshop and take you on a journey of self-discovery through a variety of activities: meditations, free movement, breathing exercises, verbal sharing, talking circles… practiced individually, in pairs, or in a group.

Everything is simply an invitation; everyone is free to listen to themselves and see how the activity resonates with them.

Common misconception nº1: Tantra is necessarily linked to sexuality. FALSE!

Tantra often suffers from misconceptions that associate it with sexuality.

In truth, tantric practices — breath, movement, meditation, and somatic work — are designed to awaken life force energy (kundalini), bringing emotional release, heightened awareness, and a deep sense of connection to yourself, others, and the world.

This state of expanded presence and inner ecstasy naturally extends into all areas of life — personal, relational, professional, and intimate.

Common misconception nº2: You have to be in a couple to practice tantra. FALSE!

Tantra is first and foremost a meeting with yourself. In my experience, the journey begins within — and many tantric practices can be done solo. Coming alone to a workshop can be especially powerful if you tend to lose yourself in relationships — it invites deep self-connection and inner sovereignty.

At the same time, I also believe that spiritual evolution opens us toward others and the world. This is why workshops and immersions often include both individual and partnered practices — allowing you to explore your inner landscape and your relational patterns, supported by the group field.

During classes and evening sessions, some practices will be done individually, and others in pairs — always with respect, consent, and presence.
